Sold outAbsorbance 96 is used for many routine applications such as microbial growth estimation (OD600), protein quantification (Bradford, BCA), ELISA, or cellular assays such as MTT or XTT, along with many other colorimetric assays.
While not specifically designed for this purpose, many of our users employ the reader in this fashion. We will support you in setting this up.
Any standard SBS microplate should work with Absorbance 96. For colorimetric assays, we recommend flat-bottom, transparent (optically clear) microplates.
